It doesn't matter if you hook or slice, need to cure an over or under swing, improve bunker shots or dream of putting like Tiger Woods... the three golf training guides below will definitely help cut 10 strokes off your golf game.
Put these timely tips to use tomorrow...

The biomechanics of your golf swing refers to the exact movements and body motion you take during your golf swing.

1- Pay attention to your swing plane. An even swing plane that consistently follows the
same arc with every swing is the key to having a good golf swing.

2- Balance is an essential part of your golf swing biomechanics. To achieve good
balance, start with a sturdy swing foundation when you address the ball.  Space
your feet a little more than shoulder's width apart and let your arms hang
comfortably when you are setting up to the ball. You don't want to reach forward
towards the golf ball or have your arms too close to your body.

3- To improve the biomechanics of your golf swing, try checking out some golf swing
training or teaching aids. These are great tools to use for practice during your own
time, such as impact indicators, swing weights, and swing trainers. Try shopping
online for these golf swing training aids to work on your swing biomechanics.  To
help keep your golf swing in rhythm, develop a consistent swing speed. Your goal
should be to have the same rhythm no matter what golf club you are using.

5- Keep your eyes on the ball and maintain your balance.  Never swing so fast that it
causes you to lose your balance.  During set up, practice the "happy toes" routine.
See if you can raise your toes and wiggle the tips of your shoes.  If you can't,
you're most likely leaning to far forward over your ball

6- Golf swing biomechanics is determined by your body working together as a whole,
and it is the core of your body that is the key to fluid swing movement.  Set up a
camera on a tripod and record your swing.  Play it back in slow mo, and practice
to improve your swing biomechanics.  Put 42" stakes on both sides of your body
and set up as you usually do.  When you review your recording in slow motion,
will be able to see how your body is aligned to the stakes.

7- The biomechanics of your golf swing will improve when your body is in good
shape. Try some exercises that are especially designed to help a golfer tone the
right areas for improving their golf game. Flexibility and strength are two areas to
concentrate on when participating in golf exercises. Also, stretching immediately
before your round of golf will improve your golf swing performance.

1. Pure Point Golf Swing
This Golf Swing Book will help you to consistently hit the ball longer and with greater accuracy than you ever thought possible

The Pure Point Golf Golf Swing Book is a fantastic guide. This Golf Swing Book will help you to consistently hit the ball much further and with greater accuracy than you ever thought possible. It is written by a golf pro by the name of Bobby Eldridge. He invented a unique full swing and has spent the past 30 years perfecting it. One thing about the Golf Swing Book is you can tell this guy knows golf. He is a professional and he does know how to effectively impart his knowledge to the reader.

They say that desperation is often the mother of invention and this truly the case with Bobby. As a golf pro, he saw how frustrating it was for his students to learn the standard full swing. As you are well aware the mechanics of a full swing are pretty complex and a lot can go wrong during it. He decided to develop one of his own. He developed a swing that will help people... continue reading

2. The Simple Golf Swing
This guide proclaims that it can take about 7-12 strokes off your game.

The Simple Golf Swing is a product that is written by David Nevogt. This guide proclaims that it can take about 7-12 strokes off your game. If followed and drills are practiced there probably is no reason why The Simple Golf Swing can’t take at least 7 strokes off of your game.

The premise behind The Simple Golf Swing is that you have to use your spine as an axis. If you’re not doing this correctly, then it is causing you to not get consistent results when you swing the club. This is because if you’re not using your spine correctly then you will not have the correct swing path. If you’re a golfer you know that just means trouble.

The Simple Golf Swing also goes into detail about how to grip your club correctly. It shows you how you how to get your timing down. Again, if you’re a golfer you know that the timing is key to having a good golf swing.

The Simple Golf Swing is easy to use because it has...

3. How to Break 80 and Shoot Like the Pros
This guide is chocked full of great tips. End your frustration with your game.

If you’re tired of hooking, slicing, not hitting the ball straight enough or far enough, this is definitely for you. It is written by Jack Moorehouse. You can tell by reading this guide Jack certainly knows his way around a golf course.

Most importantly, he knows how to convey his knowledge to the reader. Sometimes when someone is an expert at a subject, they can’t express their knowledge effectively. This isn’t true at all with this guide.

This guide will help you to get back to the fundamentals. It will help you to unlearn any bad habits that you may have picked up along the way while golfing. For example, in the first chapter he stresses... Continue reading.
